Really cool interactive museum. You get a "boarding pass" when you walk in and then you get to find out your passengers story and fate! They also have actualy pieces from the titanic, and the neatest part is the freezing cold water! They have a basin that you can stick your hand in so you can get a feel for exactly how cold the water was that night, theres also lifeboat replicas so you can find out how big they were plus a ton of other interesting facts. |

Besides spending some time in the heat waiting in line, the Titanic was a wonderful experience. When you go in they give you the name of someone on board and later on you find out if you survived or died. I was one of the unfortunate who drowned (or maybe I was eaten by a shark; who knows). My husband was lucky and survived. The grand staircase wasn't as big as I thought it would be but it did look very nice. It was very well kept and the artifacts were interesting. I was hoping they would take you on top as part of the trip but the lady said the top was the roof and there was no access. I think it would be really neat if they would create an opening and let people on top for pictures. |
